How will my order be delivered ?
Depending on the materials ordered and the quantity of each product on your order, these will be delivered on a wrapped pallet or carefully wrapped in a protective layer. Our delivery services operate between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Someone must be home to receive and sign for delivery.
Where will my order be delivered ?
This depends on the level of access at your property and the type of delivery service you select. Typically for kerbside deliveries will be left as close to the property as possible. Whiteglove deliveries will be brought inside your house. Both depend on the level of access to your property and the safety determined by our team and/or courier.
Will my order arrive in one delivery ?
We do our best to deliver entire orders in one go. However, this is not always possible and your order may arrive in separate shipments. This is the result of some items being held in separate warehouses. If you have concerns about receiving more than one delivery, please contact us on 01 840 4458 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I missed my delivery. What now ?
No worries, give us a call on 01 840 4458. We will contact you once we have been notified by our courier to rearrange a date with you. Please keep in mind that redelivery charges may apply.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Although delivery dates can be given, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date. Our text to you will outline the date and timeframe of your delivery. Deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control such as issues with our courier, weather conditions or inaccessible roads/driveways.
My order has damages. What should I do ?
We carefully check each order before dispatch for any issues with quantity or damage. In the case your order gets damaged in transit, don't worry. You may accept the delivery and contact us with images by email or refuse delivery and call us on 01 840 4458.
What happens if I receive the wrong order ?
We double check every order before it leaves our warehouse. In the case you do receive the incorrect items, please do not accept the delivery. Let the driver know and contact us as soon as possible. If you have already accepted the order by mistake, please send us a photo of what you received and our team will work to sort it out for you quickly.
