We hope you're happy with your experience and your order. However, if you've changed your mind, you may return your items in line with our policy outlined below.
RETURNS PROCESS
We hope to provide everyone the chance to return unwanted goods. For this reason, we have a flexible returns policy.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in full box quantities to qualify for a refund.
After the 14-day cooling off period, our standard returns policy applies.
Returns Process
Please contact our team before returning any items so we can authorise and guide your return. It is the customer's responsibility to facilitate the return of unwanted goods. Ensure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend adding extra outer packaging to protect the original boxes.
Returns received without prior approval may not be processed.
DAMAGES & FAULTS
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damage or issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery as claims cannot be accepted after this period. If you receive faulty, incorrect, or defective goods, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
We do not accept full cancellations or returns for change of mind on in-store purchases.
We may accept returns of up to 10% of the original order value within 30 business days to allow for wastage of offcuts. Anything above this may incur a restocking fee of 25%. Returns made after 30 business days will incur a 25% restocking fee regardless of quantity.
Profiles, skirting, and scotia cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Customers who select products in-store and complete payment (including by bank transfer or remote methods) are considered to have made an in-store purchase. In these cases, there is no statutory right to cancel for change of mind.
Refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases are at our discretion and in line with our store policy.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed online may be cancelled within 14 days in line with Irish Consumer Law.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop delivery and shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled and reordered to apply discounts or promotional pricing after purchase.

Online Purchases
Before Dispatch: You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of placing your order. Please note that after 14 days, cancellations may incur storage or administration fees (e.g., £40 per pallet/week) as outlined in our Terms of Service.
In Transit: If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop the delivery. In this case, delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
After Delivery (Change of Mind): You can return items within 30 days, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in full box quantities. Your refund will be the total amount minus any delivery fees.
In-Store Purchases
Standard Returns: We do not offer full refunds for "change of mind" on in-store purchases.
Wastage/Offcuts: We may accept returns of up to 10% of the original order value within 30 business days without a penalty.
Restocking Fees: Returns exceeding 10% of the order value, or any returns made after 30 business days, will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items: Profiles, skirting, and scotia cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
