Returns Policy

Online Purchases

Under Irish and EU consumer law, all online purchases are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This starts on the day you receive your order. During this period, you may return your goods for a full refund without giving a reason, provided they are unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of us being informed of your decision to cancel.

Returned goods must arrive to us in original packaging and full box quantities (e.g., an unopened box must contain the same number of boards as purchased).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.

After the 14-day period, our standard returns policy applies:

Returns of more than 10% of the order quantity may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Profiles, scotia, and other accessories are non-refundable after this 14-day period.

Goods must be returned in saleable condition to qualify for a refund.

In-Store Purchases

We do not accept full order cancellations or returns for change of mind on in-store purchases.

We may accept returns of up to 10% of the original order value (to allow for wastage or offcuts) within 30 business days.

Anything over this limit will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Returns after 30 business days incur a 25% restocking fee regardless of quantity.

Profiles, skirting, and scotia cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We cannot accept damage claims more than 2 days after delivery, as our carrier’s liability period will have expired.

For faulty goods discovered post-installation (e.g., product defect rather than damage), please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.

Customers who view and select products in our premises and subsequently complete their purchase (including by bank transfer or other remote payment methods) are considered to have made an in-store purchase under Irish and EU consumer protection law.

In such cases, there is no statutory right of cancellation or refund for change of mind once the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases are provided at the discretion of the company and in accordance with our store policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Consumers remain entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fail to conform with the relevant legal standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.



 

Please inspect goods upon delivery. If there is visible damage please note this on your delivery docket and notify us by phone or email within 48 hours. In these cases, photographic evidence is required in order to process a refund or replacement.
