Terms & Conditions
- Upon delivery of your goods, please check for any damage and note this onto the signed delivery POD.
- When you receive your goods please check that they are correct and you have received what you ordered, any flooring signed for and laid without being checked will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers are requested to check quantities of goods supplied at the time of purchase/delivery, claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time of purchase/delivery.
- Please be aware there is a 30 day returns limit and any Pergo flooring returned will carry a restocking charge of €5 per box as well as any large returns.
- All items purchased other than Pergo products can be returned for a full refund providing they have not been opened and are in good condition.
