Upon delivery of your goods please check for any damage and be sure to note any damage onto the signed delivery POD.
When you receive your goods please check that they are correct and you have received the correct order, any flooring signed and laid without being checked will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are requested to check quantities of goods supplied at time of purchase or delivery, claims for damaged or incorrect materials will not be accepted unless made at the time of purchase or delivery.
Please be aware there is a 30 day returns limit and any Pergo flooring returned will carry a restocking charge of €5 per box.
